However, if you order laboratory tests, Truth DNA Diagnostics and our partner labs require certain personal information from you such as your name, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Additionally, Truth DNA Diagnostics may use this information for other business purposes, such as alerting you to future promotions and services that may be of benefit to your understanding of certain laboratory tests.

Confidential Lab Records

Truth DNA Diagnostics recognizes the sensitivity of personal health information and utilizes encryption/security software to safeguard its confidentiality. This software protects the personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction. All lab orders and results reports are uploaded to each customer’s Confidential Lab Record on our secure server. Reports are only mailed or faxed at the customer’s request and printed copies are not retained. Under no circumstances will this information be made available to third parties such as insurance carriers or representatives of any healthcare provider without our customer’s prior consent.

Payment Information

To process your order, Truth DNA Diagnostics requires payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Health Savings Cards, PayPal, ACH, or Apple Pay. When you enter personal credit card or checking information on our website, our secure gateway encrypts the information. Truth DNA Diagnostics has no access to your financial information.

Truth DNA Diagnostics has partnered with Braintree, a subsidiary of PayPal and leading payment gateway, ensuring safe and secure credit card processing. Braintree services include an optional Vault to securely store customer information and payment methods.  Customers enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing their information is secure and the added convenience of not having to re-enter their information each time a purchase is made. When a payment method is stored in the Vault, the information is encrypted by the Braintree gateway and associated with a unique payment method token.
